From Incest to Forgiveness :The Rena Romano Story

Recently on my XM radio show, I had the chance to interview an amazing woman who has found a way out of the depth and despair of incest, into the light of forgiveness.

Rena Romano, author of "His Puppet No More", has appeared on the OPRAH show as well, and gives hope to the millions of people from around the world who suffer, or have suffered from, the tragedy of this "family secret."

Why all women, should be involved in women's groups.

Before I started leading support groups and groups on personal growth for men and women, I had really no idea of the power of such groups.

Now, after years of being both a participant and leader, I can say that everyone should be involved in one of these groups on a regular basis.

Women, can gain so much by supporting other women in their dreams , goals, and challenges, by sitting, quietly, and listening. No advice, no comments, just listening.

Now thus maybe different then the type of groups you are used to, but I promise, they offer incredible results.

Edison State College: Life Coach Certification Feb. 9

The next Life Coach Certification course to be held at Edison State College in fort Myers Florida will begin on Feb 9th, 2012, and run for 4 consecutive weeks, every Thursday night from 6-9pm.

Life Coach Universe, the only national certification organization that is affiliated with a 4 year school like Edison State College in the USA, began certifying coaches in 1996.

Women's Group on Personal Growth: Begins Jan.24

"The Women's Group on Personal Growth" is designed to help women of all ages to create a path to greater success in every area of life. The group begins Tuesday, January 24, and will meet for 8 weeks from 6-7pm in the conference room at Fitness on the Move, Metro Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida.

Would you like to break through procrastination? Create a deeper love life? Let go of resentments? Find out the real reasons behind weight gain, and learn to create the body you've always wanted?

Would you like to create deeper friendships? A more powerful relationship with God, or a Higher Power? Let go of dependency on alcohol, food, prescription drugs, smoking, spending, co-dependent unhealthy relationships?

The initial 8 week fee is only $200 for the entire 8 sessions, (which comes out to $25 per session, compared to working one on one with facilitator David Essel which would be $175 per session), or individuals can also pay on a week by week basis at $40 each session.
