How to "attract money"...for our personal growth.

So many people I've met over the years have said that they would love to change their personal lives, if they only had the money to do so. In other words, their personal growth is important to them, but they do not have the money to hire the trainer, attend a seminar, get sober of go back to school.

This is such a shame, because a lack of money is really just an excuse that we are not serious yet about taking care, of ourselves.
