Parents with children who are addicts or alcoholics. What to do?

How can a parent who has a child of any age, who is an addict or alcoholic, help this child the most?

Maybe your child is 13, or even 60....and they struggle with alcohol or drugs, what do you do?

What is the most important step you can take, to show them you really, truly care?

What we share on this video, may be easy for some parents to do, but in my coaching work, we've found it to be an absolute challenge for many.

Yes, the impact this one move can have on your child's potential for recovery, is absolutely amazing.

Remember, also, to get help for yourself through coaching, counseling or the support groups available for co-dependent habits, like Al-anon and CODA.

If we can help, just let us know.

"VICTIMS" Never Heal. Important information.

One of the most important topics that we could ever cover comes from an old true, saying....victims never heal.

EVER. EVER. EVER.

And sadly, many of us who are "victims" in life, to a former or current lover, our genetics, the economy or even an abusive family upbringing, may not even realize the victim role we have been playing for years.

Watch this short video to see what I mean.

The good news? Once we do the work to release the victim mentality, we can heal faster than a speeding bullet. =)

Slow down.

The question now is, what do you do? and, what do you do with the quilt associated with a slip up?

Watch, we can begin to help you with this short video.

Taking action today is the key to getting back on track.

Slow down, to heal.

The Biggest, silent, addiction today?

What do you think the biggest addiction facing the world today is? When we think of the word addiction, most of us go right to alcohol, or smoking, or drugs.

Yet, there is a bigger one, that is hidden amongst most of us, and unless you're around someone who is in treatment for it, you don't even consider it an addiction.

Watch.

This addiction, kills more relationships, and stunts the potential of most of us in our attempt to live a peaceful life. Drama surrounds us, when we refuse to get help for this problem.

Slow down, love yourself enough, to ask for help.
