Creating, or manifesting your goals does not have to be as difficult as we make it. Some of my clients have increased their income by more than 100% in 90 days…others have lost 30 pounds in 8 weeks, the healthy way….and regardless of what your goal is you can do it too.
Step 1 was selecting just ONE goal from your resolution list. Step 2 is simple…write down the steps you will take today, and those you will take everyday for the next week in your day planner and the exact time that you will do them to bring yourself that much closer to having what you desire in life. DO not get caught up in your 1 year or 5 year plan. To me that will destroy motivation for most of us over time. If you focus on the one or 2 things that you know need to be dome today, and repeat that process daily, I guarantee you will be successful.
