Eating consciously, intuitively, for weight loss.

Author Evelyn Tribole has a long track record of success when it comes to helping people lose weight and keep it off for good, as she instructs her clients how to become more in tune with their actual hunger signals and food choices.

During a recent interview on my XM radio show, she shared some tips, that will help everyone become more present, aware, and in tune with their eating habits.

  1. As with any weight loss strategy, a veggie diet plan should be based around existing foods. Fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds should be middle. Whole grain, beans, legumes and other protein places.
